19th-century Swedish Mora grandfather clock with original pine long case. The original mint green painted finish has been gently scraped, revealing a soft, warm patina beneath, with edges highlighted in darker green paint. Features the original old clock face and hands, along with graceful curves characteristic of classic Swedish Mora clocks. A decorative sheaf of wheat finial crowns the top. The wood long case has been restored and is stable. Original clockworks are no longer functional; most buyers choose to install a battery-operated movement for ease of use, at their discretion.
