Large 20th century French bookcase, crafted in oak and bleached to create a lighter, softer patina suited to a range of interiors. The upper section has four glass cabinet doors positioned above four paneled lower doors. Simple hand carved details accent the cabinet panels and add restrained decorative character.

The upper cabinet opens to reveal adjustable shelving, allowing the display space to be arranged for books, servingware, collections, or decorative objects. The lower cabinets each include a single removable shelf that is not adjustable. The keys and locks function loosely.

Minor scratches, cracks, and nicks are present from years of use. A crack or age-related separation/s are visible along the right side. Restored, stable, and ready to use. Built in two sections for easier transportation and installation.
